Resolve live service issues across key data systems, including Apache Airflow workflows and automated Google Drive pipelines, using Databricks for debugging to minimize disruptions and ensure data availability.
Provide ad hoc support to the fulfillment team by performing manual data injections from AWS S3 to Google BigQuery, expediting data pipeline troubleshooting and ensuring data integrity.
Document query logic in Metabase and Google BigQuery, centralizing knowledge in Confluence to improve team productivity and align expectations with project goals, and update queries as needed for improved data access and reporting.
Collaborate with network engineers and site reliability teams to address network and infrastructure needs, enabling seamless integration and uninterrupted performance of data pipelines and projects.
Manage pipeline documentation for all pipelines owned by the AI and Data team, ensuring proper cross-checking with other teams to determine pipeline usage and deactivating unused pipelines to reduce operational costs.
